1. If a student has never logged in to Edline and would like to access it and doesn't have the paper with their code, have them see Dawn for their Authentication Code. ALSO, you can access their codes from your class page in Edline.

2. If a student has logged in to Edline before but can't remember the password have them use the password retrieval feature on the Edline log in page - This will require that they have put an email address in when they created their account.

3. If a student created an account but either didn't put in an email address or can't remember the secret question, please email Woody the following: Student's name - their edline screen name if they can remember it; their email address(if they have one)
